释义	一个月休息两天的情况，通常算薪资以三十天计算，就是把自己的底薪除以三十天，再乘明神以具体上班肢槐态的时间，再加上其它公司历源、单位的福利的总和，就是当月的薪资。法律依据：《薪资支付暂行条例》第十五条用人单位不得克扣劳动者薪资。有下列情况之一的，用人单位可以代扣劳动者薪资：（一）用人单位代扣代缴的个人所得税；（二）用人单位代扣代缴的应由劳动者个人负担的各项社会保险费用；（三）判决、裁定中要求代扣的抚养费、赡养费；（四）法律、法规规章可以从劳动者薪资中扣除的其他费用。
