释义	法律主观：按照《劳动法》规定，工资按月发放。当月可以发放上月的工资，但跨月违法；如果公司拖欠工资，劳动者可以到劳动监察大队投诉，由劳动监察大队责令用人单位限期发放工资，逾期不支付的，还要加付赔偿金。可找当地的劳动监察大队申诉，要求解决。由劳动行政部门责令限期支付劳动报酬、加班费或者经济补偿；劳动报酬低于当地最低工资标准的，应当支付其差额部分；逾期不支付的，责令用人单位按应付金额百分之五十以上百分之一百以下的标准向劳动者加付赔偿金。
