释义	法律分析: 工龄是按周年计算的。在计算一般工龄时，应包括本企业工龄在内，但计算连续工龄时不应包括一般工龄（一般来说，因个人原因间断工作的，其间断前的工作时间只能计算为一般工龄）。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动保险条例实施细则修正草案》第三十八条一般工龄系指工人职员以工资收入为生活资料之全部或主要来源的工作时间而言。在计算一般工龄时，应包括本企业工龄在内。
