释义	法律分析：征兵体检通过，政审并不是自己所为的流程，所以也就不存在可以自愿放弃的。但是在部队、地方武装部组成的征兵部门的政审通过以后，应征公民拒绝、逃避征集的，将要依据《中华人民共和国兵役法》第十一章法律责任中第六十六条规定，予以处罚。法律依据：《征兵政治审查工作规定》第五条征兵政治审查的内容包括：应征公民的年龄、户籍、职业、政治面貌、宗教信仰、文化程度、现实表现以及家庭主要成员和主要社会关系成员的政治情况等。征兵政治审查应当以应征公民本人现实表现为主要内容。
