释义	法律分析：第三人可以代为清偿债务。但只有符合下列条件才允许代为清偿： 1、根据债务的性质，第三人可以代为清偿； 2、债权人与债务人之间不得由第三人代为清偿的约定； 3、债权人没有拒绝代为清偿的特殊理由，债务人也没有提出异议的正当理由。代为清偿的第三人必须有为债务人清偿的意思。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
