释义	法律分析：根据我国法律规定，大病医疗救助对象为：（一）农村五保对象；（二）城镇无劳动能力、无经济收入来源、无法定赡（抚）扶养人的人员（简称城镇“三无人员”）；（三）城乡居民最低生活保障对象；（四）享受民政部门定定量生活补助的60年代精减退职职工；（五）享受民政部门定期抚恤补助的重点优抚对象等等。根据我国法律规定大病的救助形式为：大病医疗救助以“资助参合参保、基本诊疗费用减免、特殊门诊定额救助、住院医疗救助、重病慈善救助”五位一体作为大病医疗救助方式。法律依据：《社会救助暂行办法》第二十八条下列人员可以申请相关医疗救助：（一）最低生活保障家庭成员；（二）特困供养人员；（三）县级以上人民政府规定的其他特殊困难人员。《社会救助暂行办法》第二十九条医疗救助采取下列方式：（一）对救助对象参加城镇居民基本医疗保险或者新型农村合作医疗的个人缴费部分，给予补贴；（二）对救助对象经基本医疗保险、大病保险和其他补充医疗保险支付后，个人及其家庭难以承担的符合规定的基本医疗自负费用，给予补助。医疗救助标准，由县级以上人民政府按照经济社会发展水平和医疗救助资金情况确定、公布。
