释义	法律分析：两个或者两个以上的保证人为同一债务作保证的行为称为共同保证。共同保证对于债权人来说比单个保证更为可靠。共同保证可以分为两种情况，第一种情况是，保证人在合同中对保证份额有约定的，那么保证人按照合同约定的份额承担保证责任，保证人之间不承担连带责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十九条同一债务有两个以上保证人的，保证人应当按照保证合同约定的保证份额，承担保证责任；没有约定保证份额的，债权人可以请求任何一个保证人在其保证范围内承担保证责任。
