释义	法律分析: 债权人不可以自己修改借条，要修改借条内容的，应当与对方当事人协商一致，否则修改后的内容无效。借条是借个人或公家的现金或物品时写给对方的凭证，一般由借款人签订，然后由出借人保管，借款人清偿完毕之后出借人再返还。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
