释义	法律分析：债务属于非法债务，不应受法律保护。在明知从事违法行为的情况下，仍然主动借款，基于此生成的借贷关系当属非法的借贷关系，基于此生成的赌债亦不具有合法性和真实性，是违法债务，因此，不应受到法律保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条 “违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
