释义	法律分析：工龄有连续计算法、合并计算法、折算法三种计算方式，具体如何计算根据员工的实际情况确定。所谓工龄，是指职工自与单位建立劳动关系起，以工资收入为主要来源或全部来源的工作时间。对计算社会保险待遇有法律意义的只是连续工龄和缴费工龄。法律依据：《劳动保险条例实施细则》第三十八条一般工龄系指工人职员以工资收入为生活资料之全部或主要来源的工作时间而言。在计算一般工龄时，应包括本企业工龄在内。
