承诺的事做不到怎么处罚 -法律知识

法律分析：
如果是以合同的形式做的承诺,如果做不到,肯定会被法律追究。但如果只是相互之间的口头承诺,做不到的话只是道义上的谴责,没有什么法律责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十九条 当事人订立合同，可以采用书面形式、口头形式或者其他形式。
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
