释义	法律分析：二审终审后能向检察院申诉。我国是二审终审制所谓二审终审制，就是无论什么官司，最多经过两级人民法院的处理便告终结，官司不能再继续打下去。如果当事人对第二审法院所作的判决、裁定不服，只能申诉，不能上诉。申诉不影响第二审判决或裁定的法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十五条第二审人民法院的判决、裁定，是终审的判决、裁定。
