释义	出生医学证明一经签发，证件上的各项信息原则上不应变更。如遇出生医学证明不符合户籍登记要求的，须凭户籍管理部门出具的《出生医学证明信息变更建议书》到原签发单位办理变更。如符合户籍登记要求的，不予变更。法律依据:《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十八条公民变更姓名，依照下列规定办理： 1、未满十羡指八周岁的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人或者父母、收养人向户口登记机关申请变更登记 2、十八周岁以上的人需要变更姓名的时兄空配候，由本人向户口登记机关申请变更亏行登记。
