释义	法律分析：抗税罪主体是负有纳税义务和扣缴税款义务的人。抗税罪（刑法第202条），是指负有纳税义务或者代扣代缴、代收代缴义务的个人或者企业事业单位的直接责任人员，故意违反税收法规，以暴力、威胁方法拒不缴纳税款的行为。法律依据《刑法》第二百零二条抗税罪以暴力、威胁方法拒不缴纳税款的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处拒缴税款一倍以上五倍以下罚金；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处拒缴税款一倍以上五倍以下罚金。
