释义	债务人在网贷平台欠债逾期不还，属于民间借贷纠纷，不是刑事案件，一般不会被拘留。但是债务人被起诉后，违反法庭规则，严重扰乱法庭秩序的，法院可以对其拘留，或者法院作出生效判决后，债务人拒不履行，构成犯罪的，要依法追究刑事责任。根据《刑法》第三百一十三条规定，对人民法院的判决、裁定有能力执行而拒不执行，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者罚金；情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。法律依据《刑法》第三百一十三条
