释义	合同的法人章是专门用于合同签订的印鉴，与法人签字是一样的效果，没有区别。法人不是具体的人，而是单位。因此，法人章其实就是单位的公章。但是由于人们在习惯上将真正的法人章称为公章，反而将法定代表人章称为法人章，在一定程度上已经约定俗成。所以将圆形的企事业单位或组织法人章简称为公章，而把方形的法定代表人章简称为法人章，只要沟通双方理解没问题即可。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第三十二条当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自双方当事人签字或者盖章时合同成立。
