释义	法律分析：不可以。父母有抚养教育儿女的义务和责任，儿女有照顾赡养父母的责任和义务。但是父母没有帮儿女照顾小孩的义务。也没有这样的责任。而且法律明文规定子女有赡养父母的义务，这跟老人是不是帮你照顾小孩无关。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
