释义	法律分析：劳动合同终止的注意事项：1、用人单位或劳动者一方在合同期限届满时，强迫对方续订合同。2、合同到期后，双方当事人即不办理续订合同手续，也不终止合同，继续保持事实上的劳动关系。3、双方当事人在办理续订手续时不合法或不完备。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十条用人单位提前三十日以书面形式通知劳动者本人或者额外支付劳动者一个月工资后，可以解除劳动合同。也就是对没有提前三十日书面通知的，需要额外向劳动者支付一个月工资。
