再婚离婚证会被收嘛

再婚离婚证一般会收回，但有的情况下只会给离婚证上盖章或是离婚时出示，不会收回。
新《婚姻登记条例》实施后，婚姻登记的原则是自我声明、责任自负，并未对再婚人员所持有的离婚证件作出注销或收回的规定。
法律依据：《婚姻登记条例》第四条:内地居民结婚，男女双方应当共同到一方当事人常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理结婚登记。
中国公民同外国人在中国内地结婚的，内地居民同香港居民、澳门居民、台湾居民、华侨在中国内地结婚的，男女双方应当共同到内地居民常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理结婚登记。
