法律分析：如果是在红灯亮时汽车越过停止线的，那么有可能会算闯红灯。但是如果是在绿灯亮时越过停止线的，应该不会算闯红灯。
因为根据《道路交通安全法实施条例》中的规定：“黄灯亮时，已越过停止线的车辆可以继续通行。”再根据信号灯的规律：黄灯结束亮红灯，红灯结束亮绿灯，绿灯结束亮黄灯。
所以，从描述来看，在红灯亮时汽车没有停车越过停止线的，一般会算闯红灯，否则就不算。
