释义	法律分析：有调解，但前提是要看双方是否同意调解而定。二审期间，法院应当询问当事人是否同意调解，双方同意调解的，完全可能调解结案。二审期间双方当事人达成和解协议的，人民法院可以根据当事人的请求，对双方达成的和解协议进审查，并制作调解书送达当事人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十二条第二审人民法院审理上诉案件，可以进行调解。调解达成协议，应当制作调解书，由审判人员、书记员署名，加盖人民法院印章。调解书送达后，原审人民法院的判决即视为撤销。
