法律依据：
《危险化学品经营许可证管理办法》 第十八条 经营许可证的有效期为3年。有效期满后，企业需要继续从事危险化学品经营活动的，应当在经营许可证有效期满3个月前，向本办法第五条规定的发证机关提出经营许可证的延期申请，并提交延期申请书及本办法第九条规定的申请文件、资料。企业提出经营许可证延期申请时，可以同时提出变更申请，并向发证机关提交相关文件、资料。
