法律分析：买方未及时提货造成损失的责任应当由买方自己承担。出卖人按照约定或者法律的规定将标的物置于交付地点，买受人违反约定没有收取的，标的物损失或灭失的风险自违反约定之日起由买受人承担。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第八百三十条 货物运输到达后，承运人知道收货人的，应当及时通知收货人，收货人应当及时提货。收货人逾期提货的，应当向承运人支付保管费等费用。
