释义	法律分析：我国法律并没有强制性规定欠条必须要一式两份，一般情况下欠条只需要一份，也就是债权人持有就可以了，不过如果行为人要写两份欠条也是可以的。除了字迹清淅，纸张完整外，欠条本身一定要说明欠款原因、欠款人的姓名、欠款金额、币种，如果是有利息的还要注明利息的计算方式。大额借款需要担保的，还要要求担保人签名盖章，然后经欠款人签名盖章后生效。法律依据：《民法典》第六百六十七条，借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
