释义	定期定额征收简称“定期定额”，亦称为“双定征收”，是先由纳税人自报生产经营情况和应纳税款,再由税务机关对纳税人核定一定时期的税款征收率或征收额，实行增值税或营业税和所得税一并征收的一种征收方式。这种方式主要对一些营业额、所得额难以准确计算的小型纳税人适用。法律依据《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法实施细则》第三十六条　实行定期定额缴纳税款的纳税人，可以实行简易申报、简并征期等申报纳税方式。
