释义	法律分析: 私营企业出纳被网络诈骗，如果出纳有犯错，则应当承受赔偿职责。法律依据: 《薪水支付暂行限定》第十六条因劳动者本人原由给用人单位导致经济损失的，用人单位可按照劳动合同的商定要求其赔偿经济损失。经济损失的赔偿，可从劳动者本人的薪水中扣除。但每月扣除的部分不得超出劳动者当月薪水的20%。若扣除后的剩余薪水部分低于当地月最低薪水准则，则按最低薪水准则支付。
