释义	别人起诉，自己作为被告不出庭的，法院会按缺席判决处置。缺席判决是指开庭审理案件时，只有一方当事人到庭，人民法院依法对案件进行审理之后所作出的判决。缺席判决是相对于对席判决而言的。开庭审理时，只有一方当事人到庭，人民法院仅就到庭的一方当事人进行询问、核对证据、听取意见，在审查核实未到庭一方当事人提出的起诉状或答辩状和证据后，依法作出的判决，就是缺席判决。法律依据：《民事诉讼法》第一百四十七条被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
