释义	法律分析：预签合同是指双方还没有正式签订合同之前，先约定好一些合同主要方面的东西，待合同签订的各项条件成熟后，再行签订正规得合同。合同签订，要注意双方当事人的名称，合同标的、内容，数额，履行方式，违约责任，纠纷解决的方式，约定适用的法律，签订合同的日期等，各方以上表示真实意愿等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效一行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；二意思表示真实；三不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
