释义	征地补偿分配的原则是对被征地的农民获得的补助费的支付不能少于80%的土地补偿费给予分配对象，安置补助费应当平均支付给该集体经济组织的全体成员，任何组织和个人不得占用。【法律依据】《土地管理法》第四十八条征收土地应当给予公平、合理的补偿，保障被征地农民原有生活水平不降低、长远生计有保障。征收土地应当依法及时足额支付土地补偿费、安置补助费以及农村村民住宅、其他地上附着物和青苗等的补偿费用，并安排被征地农民的社会保障费用。
