释义	孕期是可以离婚的，法律并没有禁止孕期离婚，只是规定男方在女方怀孕期间一般不得提出离婚。这就说明双方如果想离婚的可以选择协议离婚的方式，或者由女方提起离婚诉讼办理诉讼离婚。如果存在女方婚后与他人通奸导致怀孕等法院认为有必要受理男方诉讼请求的情况的，男方也可以提起离婚诉讼，法院会受理。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零八十二条，女方在怀孕期间、分娩后一年内或者终止妊娠后六个月内，男方不得提出离婚；但是，女方提出离婚或者人民法院认为确有必要受理男方离婚请求的除外。
