释义	骗婚取得的婚姻一般是有效的。按有特殊情况的除外。例如骗婚涉及到有重婚、有禁止结婚的亲属关系、未到法定婚龄情形之一，应当认定婚姻无效，婚前隐瞒重大疾病的，另一方可主张撤销婚姻。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条【婚姻无效的情形】有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：(一)重婚;(二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系;(三)未到法定婚龄。
