释义	法律分析：判决，是指人民法院按照法律规定的程序，经对案件审理，就案件的实体问题所作的决定。判决书从送达或当事人接到的第二天起，在法定的期限内，当事人不上诉，人民检察院不抗诉，过了上诉和抗诉期限即发生法律效力。二审的判决，宣判后立即生效。人民法院的判决有两个特点：一是具有稳定性。任何机关、团体或个人，都无权变更或撤销，如有错误，只能由人民法院按法律规定的审判监督程序纠正。二是具有强制性。判决生效后，执行部门有按照判决执行的义务，当事人必须坚决服从，不能抗拒。
