释义	法律分析：不会。刑事案件，有证据证明该人犯罪了，经县级以上公安机关批准刑事拘留后，警察会带着《拘留证》去执行拘留，7日内不能及时到案的，公安机关会上网追逃，上网追逃不会通知任何人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百五十五条应当逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人如果在逃，公安机关可以发布通缉令，采取有效措施，追捕归案。各级公安机关在自己管辖的地区以内，可以直接发布通缉令；超出自己管辖的地区，应当报请有权决定的上级机关发布。
