释义	法律分析：我国法律规定，子女对父母具有法定的赡养义务，即使父母在子女年幼时未尽抚养义务，在父母年老之时子女也应当尽赡养义务，并且父母子女的关系是基于血缘关系而形成的身份关系，不可断绝，即使签署断绝协议，也是无效的，没有法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
