房屋赠与公证怎么办理 |

法律分析：1、申请人前往向不动产所在地的公证机构提出公证申请；2、个人赠与合同公证应提交的材料主要包括如下：（1）赠与人和受赠人的身份证、户口簿，以及赠与人的婚姻状况证明，如结婚证、夫妻关系证明书、离婚、丧偶等证明，赠与人未婚的，提供户籍地民政部门出具的在本辖区无婚姻登记记录证明；（2）赠与财产为夫妻共同财产的，共有人需亲自到公证处申请办理，或提供经公证的同意赠与声明书；（3）赠与房产的权利凭证，即房地产证或不动产权证；（4）赠与合同；（5）赠与合同中，如有关于赠与人与受赠人亲属关系的表述，应提供相应亲属关系证明；（6）公证员综合既有材料后认为应当提交的其他证明材料。3、公证员核对申请材料及相关信息，询问当事人的赠与意思表示是否真实，并制作相关公证笔录。4、公证员经审查确认材料及当事人意思表示真实后，具公证书。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》 第二十五条 自然人、法人或者其他组织申请办理公证，可以向住所地、经常居住地、行为地或者事实发生地的公证机构提出。申请办理涉及不动产的公证，应当向不动产所在地的公证机构提出；申请办理涉及不动产的委托、声明、赠与、遗嘱的公证，可以适用前款规定。
