票据行为无因性指的是什么

所谓票据行为的外在无因性是指票据行为的效力独立存在，持票人不负给付原因之举证责任，其只要能够证明票据债权债务的真实成立与存续，而无须证明自己及前手取得票据的原因，即可对票据债务人行使票据权利。
所谓票据行为的内在无因性是指产生票据关系、引起票据行为的实质原因从票据行为中抽离，其不构成票据行为的自身内容，当形成票据债权债务关系时，原则上，票据债务人不得以基础关系所产生的抗辩事由对抗票据债权的行使。
