释义	法律分析: 根据银行的规定小额的欠款在持卡人死亡之后，会终止你的账户。一般情况下银行不再追究。但是如果数额较大的话，并且继承人有可执行的遗产那么银行，会通过拍卖等方式获取资金用于偿还你所欠的债务。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第八条公民死亡，城市在葬前，城市在一个月以内，由户主、亲属、抚养人或者邻居向户口登记机关申报死亡登记，注销户口。居民如在暂住地死亡，由暂住地户口登记机关通知常住地户口登记机关注销户口。
