释义	法律分析：正常情况下股权转让要交税。个人的股权转让涉及到的税种是印花税和个人所得税。印花税按照转让价的万分之五计算缴纳，个税按照应纳税所得额20%计算缴纳。但是将股权无偿转让给配偶、父母、子女、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女、兄弟姐妹以及对转让人承担直接抚养或者赡养义务的抚养人或者赡养人的，可以不征个人所得税。法律依据：《个人所得税法实施条例》第八条纳入个人所得税课税范围的财产转让所得，系指个人转让有价证券、股权、建筑物、土地使用权、机器设备、车船以及其他财产取得的所得。
