释义	法律分析：拖欠工资不能以物抵薪。工资是指建立劳动关系的劳动者为用人单位付出正常劳动的情况下，用人单位依据劳动合同的约定，以货币形式支付给劳动者的劳动报酬。用实物抵工资是违法的。工资是指雇主或者法定用人单位依据法律规定、或行业规定、或根据与员工之间的约定，以货币形式对员工的劳动所支付的报酬。工资可以以时薪、月薪、年薪等不同形式计算，可分为底薪、佣金及额外津贴等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人，不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
