释义	违反建程设计合同违约责任如下：（一）合同生效后，发包人因非设计人原因要求终止或者解除合同，设计人未开始设计工作的，发包人已支付的定金或者发包人未按照专用合同条款向设计人支付违约金；（二）发包人未按专用合同条款约定的金额和期限向设计人支付设计费的，应当按照专用合同条款向设计人支付违约金；【法律依据】《民法典》第八百零四条，因发包人的原因致使工程中途停建、缓建的，发包人应当采取措施弥补或者减少损失，赔偿承包人因此造成的停工、窝工、倒运、机械设备调迁、材料和构件积压等损失和实际费用。
