释义	先由原单位转出劳动者的社保关系；然后由原参保地的社保经办机构出具参保缴费凭证；再由劳动者的现单位或者劳动本人去新参保地的社保经办机构申请社保登记；最后在登记后每月按规定缴费即可。法律依据：《社会保险法》第十九条个人跨统筹地区就业的，其基本养老保险关系随本人转移，缴费年限累计计算。个人达到法定退休年龄时，基本养老金分段计算、统一支付。具体办法由国务院规定。第三十二条个人跨统筹地区就业的，其基本医疗保险关系随本人转移，缴费年限累计计算。
