释义	借条约定的还款日期还没到债权人一般是没有权提前要求债务人还款的，但是如果债务人有预期违约行为的，债权人可以向法院起诉，提前主张债权。双方既以达成债权债务协议，应当按照协议还款期限履行，债权人要求提前还款属于违约行为。但是，如果因为债务人恶意行为，可以向法院提起诉讼，可因其不能履行约定的到期债务，要求债务人提前履行未到期债务，提前还款。【法律依据】《民法典》第五百七十八条，当事人一方明确表示或者以自己的行为表明不履行合同义务的，对方可以在履行期限届满前请求其承担违约责任。
