法律分析：
《刑法》第三百五十五条：依法从事生产、运输、管理、使用国家管制的麻醉药品、精神药品的人员，违反国家规定，向吸食、注射毒品的人提供国家规定管制的能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品、精神药品的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。向走私、贩卖毒品的犯罪分子或者以牟利为目的，向吸食、注射毒品的人提供国家规定管制的能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品、精神药品的，依照本法第三百四十七条的规定定罪处罚。单位犯前款罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照前款的规定处罚。
