释义	法律分析：熔断，是指对某一合约在达到涨跌停板之前，设置一个熔断价格，使合约买卖报价在一段时间内只能在这一价格范围内交易的机制。熔断机制是为了让投资者在价格波动剧烈时，有一段时间的冷静期，抑制市场非理性过度波动，同时在熔断期间方便交易所采取一定措施控制市场风险。法律依据：《中国金融期货交易所风险控制管理办法》第一条为加强期货交易风险管理，保护期货交易当事人的合法权益，保障中国金融期货交易所(以下简称交易所)期货交易的正常进行，根据《中国金融期货交易所交易规则》，制定本办法。
