释义	因店里依法只对顾客的人身有安全保障义务，对财产没有保障义务，因此，顾客在店里丢了东西，一般店主是不承担责任的，除非存在过错。但是，如果顾客将东西交给店里保管，那双方则存在保管合同关系，此时东西丢了店主要承担相应的责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百九十七条保管期内，因保管人保管不善造成保管物毁损、灭失的，保管人应当承担赔偿责任。但是，无偿保管人证明自己没有故意或者重大过失的，不承担赔偿责任。
