释义	法律分析：可以辞职，但有些单位可能会有违约金。如果你没有和该单位约定了聘用期，在试用期内是可以辞职的。如果约定了聘用期，并单独约定聘用期内不能辞职，则不能辞职。法律依据：《事业单位人事管理条例》第十七条事业单位工作人员提前30日书面通知事业单位，可以解除聘用合同。但是，双方对解除聘用合同另有约定的除外。第十三条初次就业的工作人员与事业单位订立的聘用合同期限3年以上的，试用期为12个月。
