释义	法律分析: 合同到期后不续签如果合同里没有约定默认继续的条款，则不能继续。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十条民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。第五百五十九条债权债务终止时，债权的从权利同时消灭，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
