民事诉讼一审后，原告不服.上诉中院后经过多久开庭
释义
二审上诉多长时间开庭没有规定，要由承办法官根据具体工作安排来确定，开庭前会提前通知当事人的。
上诉指的是当事人对人民法院所作的尚未发生法律效力的一审判决、裁定或评审决定，在法定期限内，依法声明不服，提请上一级人民法院重新审判的活动。
