净身出户的协议有没有法律效力
释义
净身出户的协议符合法律规定就有效。法院认为一般夫妻之间签订的协议是在双方自愿的基础上签订的，是双方真实意思表示，且该协议没有违反公序良俗就是有效的。夫妻双方可以约定结婚以前及婚姻关系存续期间所得的财产归属，例如归各自所有、共同所有、部分各自所有、部分共同所有。
