法律分析：
加班超过劳动法规定的小时，劳动者可以到劳动监察大队投诉，也可以向劳动争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁，对仲裁裁决不服的，可以自收到仲裁裁决书之日起15日内向人民法院提起诉讼。 一方当事人在法定期限内不起诉又不履行仲裁裁决的，另一方当事人可以申请强制执行。因此公司不能违反我国劳动法等法律规定要求员工加班。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第三十六条 国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过8小时、平均每周工作时间不超过44小时的工时制度；同时规定，用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息一日。
